Debbie Myers, Founder and Consultant

Debbie Myers is an experienced global sales operations executive with extensive experience leading commercial, enterprise and professional services sales operations teams with regional depth and global breadth.
Debbie most recently formed a sales operations function for a PE funded professional services company. She worked with members of the executive team to enable operational efficiencies that allowed the frontline teams to grow the global business. Combined with her in depth knowledge of client relations and business operations, she focused on utilizing technology and insight as a foundation for continued growth.
Prior, Debbie held several Sales Operations leadership roles in a large publicly traded, multinational corporation building a deep expertise in organizational design, sales compensation strategy, business analytics, forecasting, and the operational nuances across varied sales motions. Her leadership has been instrumental in multiple business transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, CRM adoption and governance acceleration, and the establishment of scalable data architecture to support globally consistent reporting and decision-making.
